Our Programs

Evidentiary Clinics

NPLRC Evidentiary Clinics provide advanced, practice-based training in the application and interpretation of evidentiary rules. Designed for law students, educators, and legal professionals, these sessions strengthen participants’ analytical precision and courtroom fluency. The clinics emphasize applied learning through simulated proceedings and expert facilitation from seasoned trial practitioners.

Legal Educator Clinics

Legal Educator Clinics prepare faculty, adjunct instructors, and program leads to deliver rigorous, experiential pre-law and trial advocacy instruction. Participants receive targeted guidance in pedagogy, curriculum integration, and assessment strategies that align with academic and professional standards. These clinics position institutions to build sustainable, high-performing legal education programs supported by NPLRC expertise.

Mock Trial Curriculum

The NPLRC Mock Trial Curriculum offers institutions a comprehensive framework for teaching legal reasoning, case analysis, and advocacy skills. Developed in collaboration with legal educators and practitioners, it ensures consistent, high-quality instruction across pre-law and academic enrichment programs. The curriculum reflects NPLRC’s commitment to academic rigor and to cultivating a new generation of legally literate thinkers.

Introductory Trial Advocacy Curriculum

Our Introductory Trial Advocacy Curriculum provides a structured foundation in advocacy techniques for emerging prelaw undergraduate studies, law students and new litigants alike. Rooted in the standards of trial excellence, this program emphasizes practical skill development in examination strategy, evidentiary analysis, and courtroom presence. It equips participants with the professional competencies expected in competitive academic and legal settings.

NPLRC Mock Trial Competition

The NPLRC Mock Trial Competition serves as a national platform for identifying and nurturing exceptional young legal talent. Through structured case analysis and real-time adjudication by practicing attorneys and judges, participants gain firsthand exposure to the standards of professional advocacy. The competition represents both a celebration of student achievement and an entry point into the broader pre-law and legal education ecosystem.
